Stupid Ice Storm

It was close, but we conquered survived the ice storm that was almost two weeks ago now. (Great big sigh of relief!) I have a whole new respect for trees and how they keep themselves standing (and the destruction they reap when they just can't stand any longer). Also, ice storms...wow. Who knew they could cause so much trouble? I'm happy to report that family and house are doing well. And seriously, Kaylee didn't even notice. At the height of our scariest moment, you could hear Kaylee, "book, book, book." Very relaxed, very...I don't know, not scared.
