The day after Christmas we were off to my parents again, only this time Mark and Alexis were there too! YAY! You might already know that my brother, Mark, is an officer in the Marines and currently stationed in Florida where he's going to school to be a helicopter pilot. Being in training to be a pilot is pretty cool stuff, but the down side is that we don't get to see them all the time. So it was special treat seeing them for the holidays.
Kaylee got treated to a cool new sweater and an awesome Advent calendar. The calendar is a Christmas tree with an ornament for each day! It's really neat, and the funny part is we were looking for a good Advent calendar and didn't find anything we liked. Oh, and it has Kaylee's name on it too! Doesn't get much better than that...
Nick and I were treated to a itty bitty camcorder called a flip mino. This tiny little camcorder is the coolest...It's so small I can carry it around in my purse and take video of Kaylee whenever the mood strikes me. Um, yes, this means you'll be seeing more video on our blog. Starting now! During our visit Kaylee was having a great time pretending my mom's electronic 20 questions game was a phone. Here you go!
