Cell Phones & Sweaters: A glimpse of our teenager to be?

Our serious kiddo is sporting a new sweater from Christmas as well as her new toy cell phone. She's not even 1 year and a half yet, and she already has some definite ideas about what she'll wear. She has to pick out her own cloths almost every day. Sometimes, randomly, in the middle of the day we'll just have to change into a different sweater or sweatshirt. Nick and I are wondering if this a foreshadowing of our future teenager.

What do you think? Could this be our teenager to be? Regardless, she's a doll, right?

Hi, Katie. I read your marathon report--- wow! You are fast. Qualifying for Boston isn't even in my vocabulary. Our daughters are similar---Julia is 2 years, 8 months and has that same phone. She's all about clothes and insists on picking out her outfits every day. Some days that turns out better than others.

Thanks for your comment!

Hi Katie,
Thanks for sending me the two photos you took at Christmas. When Susan was about the same age I had bought her an imitation blue leather jacket and she would not wear green pants with it. I guess that was the start of her designer career.

That's so funny about Susan! She really was into design at a young age!
