The Obsession Bears Fruit

In the Photography Addiction post, I actually forgot to mention that we had an external flash on order from Amazon. It came in the other day and of course I couldn't wait to play around! I was trying out different settings to learn and see what worked; I wasn't really expecting to capture any special photos. But today I loaded up the pictures I had taken and was pleasantly surprised to find a few keepers. I even got a great, and very artistic photo of Katie looking quite serious; but I won't post it here lest I wake the lion. :D


But these two pictures of Kaylee came out pretty good. I think with a little practice the new flash will really help too.
