Last week's running/cross training was a bit meager. Sigh. Kaylee kicked off the week with a bad night. Last Sunday, we were up with her from 1:30 am through the night. Not really sure what happened exactly. We're thinking a loud motorcycle rumbling down the street frightened her. And then she got herself in such a tizzy that she started dry heaving. Poor kid. Anyway, that along with Easter preparations equaled a tired mommy, and hence less training took place.
I did get in a great 10 miler though! It's the fastest and longest I've ever run with the munchkin in her awesome running stroller. I think I was feeling guilty for missing my normal Wednesday workout.
Here's where I share last week's training:
Monday: 48 minute easy bike
Tuesday: 4 mile run 35 minutes
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 10 mile run 86 minutes (pushing the munchkin along)
Friday: 7 mile run 71 minutes (with the munchkin again)
Saturday: Off
Sunday: 5K workout row 20:03

wow! i'm so impressed that you run that far with your munchkin! I have issues with my jogger lol. Don't think I have done (or could do) much over 5 with her. Very impressive, love your blog!
