Dark Knight is Da Bomb!

We had the opportunity to see Dark Knight this past weekend and it was AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Oh, how I wish I could be a self made super hero/zillionaire. But, oh my, the neighborhood does need WORK. Having a tendency to attract masked crazies like the Scarecrow and the Joker, Gotham is definitely not the type of place to bring up a little cutie like Kaylee. And since I mentioned him...the Joker was a complete maniac...even better than Jack Nicholson.

Probably the darkest super hero movie out there, Dark Knight is a good title for the second batman movie. Oh speaking of which, it's also one of those...the second movie surpasses the first movie (in the similar company to Godfather Part II or Empire Strikes Back). If you get the chance, it's worth the price of admission!

Other than Batman, our weekend was low key. Sunday I did run a 14 miler. Yeah, I'm still thinking about that marathon. The 14 miles was uneventful and I'm not sore today, so there might be hope yet for completing that LONG LONG run! I'll keep you posted!
